Details
- Gap Analysis: EBM would
conduct a Gap Analysis of the prevailing system of your
company in order to identify the gaps with respect to the
ISO 9001:2000 requirements. This will include identification
of the various business processes with their key inputs
and outputs; assisting in identifying areas of improvement
and optimizing them, generating a formal understanding of
the existing organization structure and assessing definition
of authorities and responsibilities of manpower in various
functions; assessing information and process flows; etc.
- Training on ISO 9001:
2000 requirement: EBM shall conduct a one-day in-house training
programme covering the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
- Assisting in Development of Quality
Management System: EBM shall assist your company
in developing/updating the documentation for Quality Management
System by assisting in - identifying the key business processes
& formalizing them; reviewing the various procedures
in the company; preparing applicable work instructions,
flowcharts, checklists, etc.; developing a methodology for
measurement and monitoring; etc.
- Training on Internal Quality System
Auditing: EBM shall conduct a one-day in-house Training
Programme for Internal Quality System Auditing.
- Readiness Review: EBM
shall conduct a Readiness Review along with Internal Quality
System Auditor(s) from your company in order to validate
the effectiveness of the implementation. A report would
be prepared at the end of this stage.
